I want to get lost in words not weeks,
I want to drown in love not sleep,
I want to dream of cloudless skies not debts
I want to wake to see the sun rise not set-
I want to dive into a crystal river not a sea of paper,
I want to climb green mountains not grey skyscrapers.
I want escape from white-wash concrete and from drizzling rain
To be free to float in golden clouds, to fly away and to get lost.
To sail across a star speckled ocean on a raft of feathers, to stare at fading walls for days, to fall in love on a train.
I want to get on a plane and forget.
But I cannot, am I weak?
I want to get lost in words not weeks.
